Goal :

The collection of personal data is carried out in order to allow the transmission of complementary or personalized information on programs or commercial offers of the PENNINGHEN and the Studialis-Galileo network, to allow the online registration of these programs, and to be contacted by one of our advisors to assist you in your registration process for one of our programs.

All our forms have either a request for contact or registration (event or online registration) or a request for resources (brochure, application file, etc.) and collect information about the identity (name, first name, phone number, email address) and information about your academic level (language, degree, step, etc.) as part of the online application.

 

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinion, trade union membership, health or sexual life of a person is not collected and is prohibited (sensitive data).

The information collected is for the exclusive use of PENNINGHEN and the schools of the Studialis-Galileo network.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and the RGPD, all persons can exercise their right of access, rectification, opposition, limitation of treatments, deletion and portability of data concerning them by making the request by mail signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document at the address of PENNINGHEN's registered office.
