Project

In a society characterised by an ageing population, where consumerism is at its peak, the gap widens between generations and intergenerational interaction becomes increasingly complex.

Re-generation

This phenomenon is even worse in China as a result of its history throughout the 20th century, which has had a deep impact on cultural and family practices. Could we even go as far as to speak of a loss of direction ? China has always been a very codified country in every aspect of its society. How could we reinterpret the parameters of a society in order to design a place where everyone is able to meet and interact regardless of the multiple and conflicting influences of our time ?
