Our 5th year Master Degree Graphic Design students, mentored by Penninghen teachers and design professionals Michel Bouvet & Perrine Bonafos,

L'oiseau de Paradis

were asked by the Arab Institute Museum (IMA) to design a poster campaign to promote their Oriental Gardens exhibition «Les Jardins d’Orient, de l’Alhambra au Taj Mahal » that took place from the 19th April until 25th September last year. The jury members, including former French Cultural Minister Jack Lang (currently president of the IMA), Claude Mollard (Advisor), Aurélie Clemente (Director of Exhibitions) and Claire Gilson (Communications Manager), chose Isabella Taliani de Marchio’s design concept, which was then used throughout the duration of the exhibition. 27 design proposals from other selected students where also exhibited to the public in the IMA’s main entrance hall.
